Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase confirmation
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships

Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Total delivery time: 7-10 business days from order placement (processing + shipping)
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only
  • We ship to all 50 states
  • We do not offer international shipping

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: $4.99
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order total and destination
  • Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout

Shipping Carrier

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Track your order using the carrier's website
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order placement by contacting support@getmyndra.com
  • Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first
  • Contact us at support@getmyndra.com if you need assistance

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos
  • We will replace damaged items or issue a refund at no additional cost

Delayed Packages:

  • If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at support@getmyndra.com
  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package
  • Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility, but we will assist where possible

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you to confirm your shipping address
  • You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order
  • If you do not respond within 14 days, the order may be canceled and refunded minus original shipping costs

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping options are not currently available
  • We may offer expedited shipping in the future

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • To modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@getmyndra.com
  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • Refer to our Refund Policy for information on returns

Holidays and Peak Seasons

During holidays and peak shopping seasons:

  • Processing and shipping times may be extended
  • We will notify customers of any delays via email
  • We recommend ordering early during these periods
