At MYNDRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for refund due to health and safety regulations

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Products not in their original condition or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by customer

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@getmyndra.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided

Important: Do not send products back without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • MYNDRA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@getmyndra.com with photos of the damage
  • We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping
  • Damaged/defective products may be eligible for refund even if opened
